About

What We Do

Harwood Dental Practice has been providing excellent dental care in Tavistock for more than 30 years. An extensive range of dental treatments are offered at the practice, including general dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign® and cosmetic dentistry. Caring for your teeth and gums is just as important as any other aspect of your health.

Advances in dentistry and new techniques have made it possible to restore your teeth and gums even if they have been neglected or damaged.  Unfortunately, many people do not have the confidence to smile due to the appearance of their teeth and this in turn affects their self-esteem and the way that they are perceived by others.

We pride ourselves on offering the very best clinical standards when restoring teeth and aim to create a result that enhances the appearance of your smile and feeling of well-being.

Also, we specialise in helping nervous patients to feel at ease during their visit – for more information, please visit our Nervous Patients page.

About the Practice

Harwood Dental Practice is a small and friendly boutique private practice. We offer a warm and friendly welcome to all our patients and hope to make your visit as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

It is our practice philosophy to promote dental health at all times and therefore we recommend regular check-ups and visits to the Hygienist. If following your initial check-up you need further dental care, we will give you a treatment plan outlining the estimated costs.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

Please be assured that we are still seeing patients for face-to-face appointments.

As a healthcare provider, we have always adhered to high infection control standards. Based on government guidance, our practice continues to adapt and intensify our protocols so our staff can care for our patients safely while the coronavirus remains a threat to everyone’s health.

To help explain these new measures, we have produced a short video:
